Mark "Hatch" Hatcher began hunting and fishing in Western Kentucky when he was a young boy. He tagged along with his dad from the time he was barely old enough to walk. His dad, known as "Pops", had to help him with everything from putting on his camo when going hunting to carrying his pole when they went fishing. He has been hooked on the outdoors since he was four years old.

William "Spook" Spann was born on Halloween which is how he got the name "Spook". He was raised in Tennessee and grew up a fifth generation in the sawmill and timber business. After 30 years of watching his Father and Grandfather improve and develop properties for others, Spook has spent the last 15 years practicing what he has learned through the family business. By following his passion for the oudoors, Spook has built a business of buying, selling and improving property.
