The Big Buck Outdoor Games® is a fundraising event that will raise money for the Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA)-Outdoor Recreation Heritage Fund 501 (c) (3) which was established to permanently support PVA's many outdoor sports programs, including fishing, hand cycling and triathlon, track and field events, and recreational shooting and hunting. The event will be hosted by Huntin’ for Heroes 501 (c) (3), Big Buck Properties®. The event will be held April 15-18, 2010, and will take place in Livingston County, Kentucky. The event will consist of several components, including a bass fishing tournament, turkey hunting tournament and banquet with silent and live auctions. Funds will be raised through corporate or individual team sponsorship and donations.

There will be 32 participants in the Big Buck Outdoor Games® and will be divided as follows:

TURKEY HUNT

Hunt on approximately 10,000 acres of carefully managed wildlife habitat in Western Kentucky where you will find some of the most sought after turkey hunting in the U.S. This premiere hunting property, which boasts rolling hills and beautiful countryside, is owned by Big Buck Properties® and managed by pro staff who works diligently to provide the best hunting opportunities possible. The owners and staff ensure prime habitat through careful placement of food plots and through the management of timber and other natural resources on the property. Another 10,000+ acres have been donated for this special weekend by generous individuals who wholeheartedly support this cause. The hunt will take place on the opening day of turkey season, 2010 and will be guided by some of the most well known outdoor personalities in the industry. This hunt is sure to provide a significant chance to kill a monster gob!
